TV Smartiflix IPTV DMCA & Copyright Policy
How rights holders can reach us, what a valid notice needs to contain, and what we do when we receive one.
Send a notice to
contact.provideriptv@gmail.comPut “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. We acknowledge valid notices within two business days and act on them within five.
1. Our position
Smartiflix IPTV supplies access to content it is authorised to carry. We do not host, record or produce broadcast content, and we do not knowingly distribute material we have no right to distribute. Where we are told that something on the service infringes a copyright, we act.
2. What a valid notice contains
So we can act quickly and correctly, a notice should include all of the following. A notice missing these elements may be delayed while we come back to you for them.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — the specific channel, programme, film or series, not a general category.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it: the exact channel or title name as it appears on the service, and where you saw it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. What we do when we receive one
- We acknowledge receipt within two business days.
- We locate the identified material and, where the notice is valid, remove or disable access to it — normally within five business days.
- We record the notice and the action taken, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
- We confirm back to you what was done.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
5. Misuse of this process
Knowingly sending a materially false notice or counter-notice can carry liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure your claim is one you can stand behind.
6. Customer responsibilities
Recording, redistributing, rebroadcasting or reselling any content received through the service is prohibited by our Terms of Service and will end a subscription without refund.
7. Contact
